    Director, Markets Client Onboarding

    Job Description

    We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and client-centric professional to lead as Director – Markets Client Onboarding. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for setting and driving the onboarding strategy for Financial Markets clients globally, ensuring world-class service delivery across all touchpoints.

    You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations — ensuring clients are onboarded efficiently, compliantly, and ready to trade across our full suite of products. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is committed to continuous improvement and exceptional client experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership & Transformation

    • Define and execute global onboarding strategy for Markets clients
    • Champion transformation initiatives for scale, digitisation, and client experience

    Executive Stakeholder Management

    • Act as trusted partner to senior leaders in Sales, Coverage, and Risk

    • Build robust MI, KPIs, and quality control to drive performance

    Qualifications

    Experience & Attributes

    • 12+ years of relevant experience in client onboarding, Markets operations, or financial services
    • Experience leading complex onboarding and client enablement in a regulated environment
    • Deep understanding of onboarding platforms, workflow tools, and client lifecycle management
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline; advanced qualifications a plus

    Prime Services Business Risk Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Prime Services Business Risk Manager to join our Markets team. In this role, you will act as the trusted risk advisor to the Prime Services leadership team, ensuring the business operates within the Bank’s risk appetite while supporting growth and innovation. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring non-financial risks (NFRs) across the Prime Services business, driving a strong control environment, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary risk contact for the Prime Services business.
    • Execute the Non-Financial Risk Framework: risk identification, control design, assessment, monitoring, and remediation.
    • Lead and strengthen the control environment through testing, thematic reviews, and remediation of audit/regulatory findings.
    • Monitor and advise on regulatory developments (e.g., EMIR, CFTC, Uncleared Margin Rules) and ensure operational resilience.
    • Oversee risk governance forums, providing credible challenge and subject matter expertise.
    • Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and ensure accurate documentation.
    • Provide risk input for new products, technology changes, and transformation projects.
    • Engage with senior stakeholders, regulators, and internal committees, promoting a risk-aware culture.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Technical & Professional Skills

    • Strong knowledge of Prime Services workflows (financing, margining, clearing, custody, execution).
    • Proven track record in business risk management, operational risk, compliance, or internal audit within a global financial institution.
    • Strong grasp of financial markets regulations and risk management frameworks.
    • Experience with risk remediation programs and large-scale change initiatives.
    • Data-driven mindset with ability to use management information (MI) and dashboards to influence decisions.

    Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and risk governance committees.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

    Qualifications

    Associate, Corp. Development

    Job Summary

    Team is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of businesses, management of portfolio of strategic equity investments and divestments.

    Transactions include:

    • Acquisitions and disposals of companies or banks, businesses, product or customer capabilities and portfolios to strengthen the core franchise of the bank.
    • Strategic investments, alliances and joint ventures.
    • Organic new market entry strategy by way of a representative office, branch or subsidiary.
    • Special projects such as subsidiarisation and equity raisings.
    • Executing transactions including (a) evaluation and preliminary assessment; (b) process/project management; (c) negotiation, signing and internal approval.
    • Managing internal approvals.

    • Work closely with Global Business CEOs, the Group functional leaders and external advisers on transaction execution
