The Role:
The Customer Supply Coordinator will be accountable for end-to-end customer order management, and the clear effective communication and resolution of service-related queries. It is a crucial part of PZ Cussons, the role ensures to maximise sales and minimize shortages through critical tasks such as processing orders for defined accounts, resolving late and failed deliveries. The role will minimize lost sales to recover sales quickly for the ongoing success of the Customer Supply function. The Customer Supply Coordinator ensures we challenge credits and non-conformances, align stock reconciliation, and continue to grow our customer relationships.
