What you will do as a Housekeeping Team Leader

• Provide daily feedback, guidance, and coaching to room attendants, porters, and public area staff.
• Lead daily team meetings and ensure compliance with hotel grooming and service standards.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee housekeeping equipment and trolleys, ensuring proper use, storage, and reporting of faults.
• Manage Hotsos tasks, including room assignments, updates, maintenance issues, and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized and fully stocked pantries, storage areas, and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Monitor team productivity, conduct stock checks, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
