    • Lead and support business development by identifying opportunities, managing end-to-end tender processes, coordinating teams, crafting tailored proposals that clearly communicate value, and collaborating with partners to build competitive tenders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and internal teams to support the successful delivery of programs and business growth.
    • Contribute to the wider Economic Growth and Infrastructure Practice by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior colleagues.

Experience managing FCDO-funded programmes is highly desirable.
    • A collaborative team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, driven to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You bring a proven track record in business development, including significant contributions to pipeline growth, pursuit strategy, and successful tender submissions, ideally within FCDO-funded contexts. • Well-connected, with extensive networks of potential partners and experts relevant to our geographic and thematic priorities.
    • An outstanding communicator in English (both written and oral), comfortable working across cultures and with global teams.
    • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and numerate, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
