About the Job
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering project management services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard in line with the University’s estates and facilities strategy. Your work will directly support UEL’s ambitious growth plans, contributing to the development of a modern, sustainable, and future-ready campus as part of Vision 2028 and beyond.
This role offers a structured development and training programme, providing mentorship and opportunities to enhance your knowledge and experience for career progression. You will be supported by the Head of Projects & Estates Development as part of the University’s staff development and appraisal process. By joining our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the University's built environment, creating spaces that support innovation, learning, and community engagement.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced and motivated project manager with a strong background in construction, estates, or infrastructure projects. You thrive in fast paced environments, managing multiple projects with confidence and strategic focus. Your expertise in contract administration, procurement and financial oversight enables you to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You are a proactive problem solver, skilled communicator, and team player, capable of building strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
