    Sales Administrator

    Our client a reputable company based in the Shoreham by Sea area is looking for a sales Administrator to join their growing and successful team.

    You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. You will work closely with our sales team and clients to provide administrative support and assist with all aspects of the sales process. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, processing sales orders, and handling correspondence and after sales support
    • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
    • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their accounts
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
    • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients and direct them to the appropriate sales representative
    • Prepare and distribute sales reports and forecasts
    • Participate in sales meetings and provide input on strategies to improve sales performance
    • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Sales experience or knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
    • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

    Driver Class 2

    We have a new vacancy for our client who is looking for a Driver (Class 2) to join their Logistics Operations Team based at their Manchester Branch. The main duties are to carry out delivery driving to meet customer demands with occasional requirement to support with packing and loading. This is a full time, permanent position working 45 hours per week over five working days. This role consists of typically early morning starts with occasional overnight work required. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the role.

    What are the main duties of this role?

    • Regular scheduled deliveries to the company's wholesale customer base (Average. 12 – 15 drops per day)
    • Goods Vehicle Operation / Delivery Driving / FLT Operation
    • Occasional picking and packing of orders to the demands of the customer
    • Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles and making timely and accurate customer deliveries
    • To operate safely within a Warehouse/Fleet environment

    What we are looking for:

    • At least 3 years experience in a similar Driver Class 2 role
    • The ability to work within the given timeframes ensuring that customer demands are met.
    • Physical and mental aptitude for manual / mechanical work
    • Previous similar experience working in a similar role
    • Manual Handling experience
    • Ability to use IT databases / keyboard skills
    • Fork Lift Truck Licence / Experience (Training will be provided)
    • Clean UK driving licence / Class 2

    Level 2 Vehicle Tech

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
    • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix problems
    • Follow manufacturer's guidelines and specifications for all repairs and maintenance
    • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
    • Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance
    • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of all work
    • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
    • Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and techniques through training and development opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of a formal automotive training program or equivalent experience
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Level 2 Vehicle Technician
    • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
    • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
