    Senior Advanced Embedded Engineer

    Job Description

    • Honeywell is requiring experienced embedded firmware design engineers with strong Fire system development knowledge to join us for development of Fire Alarm control panel firmware.

    • Own and maintain the risks associated with these key projects.
    • Present progress to stakeholders at various positions within the organisation and provide a two-way conduit for communication between stakeholders within the project and external parties

    Qualifications

    Key skills and qualifications

    • Experience of running projects including off-site projects at sub-contractors. 
    • Strong negotiating skills and budget management experience.
    • Knowledge and experience in Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 
    • Experience and/or understanding of Aircraft Thermodynamic Systems, in particular Environmental Control Systems (ECS) and heat exchangers or other thermal management systems
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
