    Business Manager

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead administrative operations while providing comprehensive people support across the organization. This role combines strategic administrative oversight with hands-on human resources support, ensuring operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative Leadership

    • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and implement process improvements
    • Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and administrative budgets
    • Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures
    • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
    • Manage administrative staff and delegate responsibilities effectively

    People Support & Human Resources

    • Partner with HR on employee onboarding, orientation, and integration processes
    • Provide first-line support for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
    • Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
    • Support conflict resolution and workplace issue management
    • Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
    • Support recruitment efforts including interview coordination and candidate communications

    Operations Management

    • Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
    • Manage administrative technology systems and coordinate IT support
    • Oversee document management and record-keeping systems
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense management processes
    • Support executive administrative needs and special projects
