The Co-ordinator will be responsible for completing all event planning and administration duties, ensuring effective communication between guests, team members, and other stakeholders. You will also champion the use of our diary management system, ensuring it is used efficiently and that all financial administration is completed promptly.
Being self-motivated and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude is essential. You will be expected to manage your weekly tasks effectively and work collaboratively within the team. In line with the company’s Health and Safety Policy, you will identify and escalate any concerns as needed, and adhere to all relevant risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
