About the role
Join our dynamic Communications & Corporate Brand team within the Corporate Communications and External Affairs organisation, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our global voice. This position is accountable for managing our global corporate external digital channels (web and social), while also influencing local corporate channels to ensure alignment and impact. You'll collaborate closely with the External Affairs & HR organisation to align messaging and strategies for external communications, and activate programmes through strong partnerships with our regional and market communications network—driving consistency, scale, and meaningful engagement across all touchpoints.
Your responsibilities
- To manage the external corporate digital channels in line with the digital strategy to positively impact the target audience perception of Reckitt
- To partner with the C&CB team to mine for stories and develop content suitable for the global channels
- To establish an always on content factory, in partnership with the broader Communications team to ensure a regular flow of storytelling across the digital channels
- To govern any digital communications activity regardless of reporting responsibility
- To provide timely reporting on the effectiveness of the digital communications approach through robust measurement dashboard and insights generation
- To manage our agency partner with clear priorities, processes and reviews to deliver our strategy
- To devise and deploy guidance for key stakeholders on how to enhance and improve their personal digital channels to enhance the Reckitt reputation and drive advocacy
- To manage reactive communications and being ready to create and deploy tactics to meet changing needs and identifying, analysing and preparing risk mitigation communications or engagements, particularly on social
- To manage IT&D to ensure the technical needs of our social channels are met and managed effectively, e.g. publishing time for content
- To ensure effective community management and adverse event responses to engagement on social media
The experience we're looking for
- 7+ years digital communications expert
- External & Internal channel optimisation and content development
- Social media management and activation
- Content marketing and development, including SEO & SEM
- Stakeholder engagement, particularly with senior leaders in a business
- Strong business acumen and reputation management
- Measurement and analytics experience
- Web development and build experience
