What we expect of you
Operations leadership/management/Supervisory experience in a warehousing/manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Experienced in leading through change and driving excellence through motivating and engaging teams, using performance management tools and procedures to ensure team members share in departmental success
Experience working alongside Coworker success teams (HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition etc..)
Experience with creating and analysing performance KPIs, target setting
Working to challenging deadlines in pressured environments
Experience driving or contributing to continuous improvement or development initiatives.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on leveraging automation.
Experienced in cost control, including resource management and overtime management
Ideally experienced in working in an Automated Warehousing environment
