    Shift Leader (Logistics)

    About the role

    As the Shift Leader, you’ll report into the Head of Logistics, and play a central role in ensuring our colleagues on the production line continue to exude brilliance in every task they endeavour. With experience in managing people, you’ll engage with your teams to ensure that every colleague feels supported in their own professional and personal development, whilst also fostering collaboration with your peers for a functional & operating site; in adherence to our Total Productive Management (TPM) principles as a guiding framework.

    Your main responsibilities also include:

    • Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory flow, and material handling.

    Head of Packaging

    The Role 

    We’re looking for a Packaging Manager to lead and optimise our packaging function across Can, Keg, PET and Bottling. In this role, you’ll create a high-performance culture, empowering teams to deliver against safety, quality, cost, and service targets while driving continuous improvement through TPM and best-in-class manufacturing practices.

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in high-speed packaging or beverage manufacturing, ideally in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

    Global Graduate - On/Off Trade

    About the Program: 
    Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Commerce.     Consumer & Shopper Insight Manager

    About the role:
    We’re looking for a Consumer & Shopper Insight Manager to support the Head of Consumer & Shopper Insight in delivering both continuous and ad hoc research for HUK. The role has a strong focus on our Beer business unit and Off-Trade shopper teams, acting as a key partner in shaping brand and category strategy through clear, commercially grounded insight. You’ll work cross-functionally, manage end-to-end research, and ensure consumer thinking is embedded in decision-making.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Lead the day-to-day management of all post-campaign evaluations, working closely with the media team.
    • Own our relationship with Toluna — responsible for scripting, fieldwork and reporting for campaign performance studies, ensuring outputs are insightful and actionable.
    • Combine media performance and consumer results into a single set of recommendations for brand teams.
    • Act as the primary insight contact for the Beer brand unit, supporting across annual planning cycles (ICP/AP/SP), brand positioning, asset development and ad hoc qual/quant needs.
    • Partner with category and shopper teams (Off-Trade), owning key shopper insight deliverables such as SIMPLE, missions & occasions and Polaris model mapping.
    • Work with stakeholders to define and deliver both regular and ad hoc insight needs within budget.
    • Champion agile and self-service research methodologies, continually looking for ways to evolve and strengthen our learning agenda.
    • Ensure consumer insight sits at the heart of strategic thinking across your areas of responsibility.

    You’re curious, commercially minded and confident navigating both brand and category environments. You bring a balance of solid research expertise and the ability to translate data into simple, compelling stories that influence decisions. You’re proactive, organised and comfortable owning relationships with multiple stakeholders.

    Experience We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years’ experience in insight or planning, ideally across both agency and client-side roles
    • Experience within FMCG/CPG; alcohol experience helpful but not essential
    • Strong understanding of research techniques and how to apply them to real business questions
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data
    • Good understanding of commercial drivers, the trade environment and competitive dynamics

    Technical Operator

    About the role

    As the Technical Operator, you’ll approach the packaging line with a lean mindset and positive attitude. We need motivated self-starters who will be proactive in taking ownership of their area.  Safety will be your number one priority – you will actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture through leading by example and deliver high standards of cleanliness and reliability on our production plant. With an attention to detail, delivering FTR (First Time Right) on quality and process, you will be a champion of our C.I.L.T’s (cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening) tasks.

    You will work alongside very capable team members who will help you out initially, along with your shift manager, and once you’re settled you will be expected to help drive continuous improvement within your area through our Total Productive Management programme (TPM), this is similar to LEAN theories.

    Stores Co-ordinator

    About the role

    As the Stores Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting overall brewery operations for the site. Reporting to the Stores Operations Team lead, you’ll manage our spare parts inventory as well as supporting our procurement processes for a seamless, efficient and safe running of our production lines.  Within your remit of responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Managing inventory & materials related to spare parts by conducting cycle counts, receiving goods & picking stock within 5S standards.
    • Working with procurement stakeholders, both internally and externally, to obtain quotes, creating/processing Purchase requisitions & orders and handle invoice related queries,
    • Ensuring timely delivery of spare parts.
    • Recording & maintaining accurate data related to spare part materials purchases & delivery information, utilising SAP software for reliable and ‘clean’ data.
    • Collaborate with various brewery operations colleagues to foster opportunities for cost saving initiatives and provide opportunities to improve procurement processes within spare parts in adherence to budgets set.
    • Implement and ensure compliance of regulations for a safe environment within the warehouse, whilst conducting regular safety audits to identify & mitigate any safety risks.

    Customer Care Manager

    About the role

    Reporting to the Head of On Trade Operations, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of our Customer Care contact centre. You’ll lead first-line management teams and advisors, ensuring service, customer experience and productivity KPIs are consistently achieved.

    As the Customer Care Manager, you’ll act as a trusted leader, guiding the team to deliver operational excellence while embedding a customer-first culture. Your focus will be on operational excellence, continuous improvement, governance, and the development of your teams.

    You’ll work closely with peers across our On Trade Operations to implement business strategy, simplify processes, and deliver a digital-first approach that supports our customers’ preferred channels.

    You’ll also manage and motivate your team of Customer Care Team Managers and be supported by the Customer Care Trainer to set priorities, monitor performance and coach teams to ensure we exceed customer expectations while achieving financial and operational objectives. As a people manager, your role is to motivate, support, develop and guide your team, keeping them focused on the key levers that drive a winning culture.
