    Product Development Manager

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Identify opportunities to enhance Home Insurance products and propositions to meet customer needs and drive business results.
    • Lead and develop a team of product managers and executives, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
    • Support product simplification across channels, ensuring clear customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.
    • Oversee the development of benchmark wording, simplification of terms, and maintenance of “best of breed” practices.
    • Contribute to Fair Value Assessments and ensure customer documentation reflects fair, transparent product information.
    • Management of third-party relationships, including ancillary product providers and industry bodies including the ABI.
    • Lead operational and claims best practices, technical underwriting, and efficiency improvements to support claims handling and underwriting decisions.
    • Capture customer feedback, manage emerging risks, and represent AXA at industry forums to incorporate best practices.

    What you’ll bring:

    • ACII or relevant professional qualification, or progress towards it.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback at all levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of personal lines Home insurance, including policy interpretation and risk selection.
    • Proven experience in product development, technical underwriting, and delivering innovative solutions.
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong relationship management skills, with experience in senior stakeholder reporting.
    • Proactive mindset with a focus on simplifying processes, creating efficiencies, and pushing product boundaries.

    HR Generalist

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager queries, connecting them to appropriate HR services and support.
    • Support HRBPs and Centres of Expertise with data, insights, and coordination for people-related decisions and initiatives.
    • Assist in managing employee relations cases, providing relevant context and escalating complex issues as needed.
    • Coordinate engagement surveys, pulse feedback, and culture initiatives, tracking actions and follow-up.
    • Support workforce planning, talent management activities, and performance review processes.
    • Manage compliance obligations related to SMCR for senior leaders.
    • Oversee HR data, reports, and dashboards, analysing trends and providing insights to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate on People projects, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and represent AXA - Global Healthcare in relevant communities.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Relevant professional certification such as CIPD, with experience in an international environment.
    • Proven ability to operate within an HR Centre of Excellence model, managing technical people processes and organisational restructuring.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and provide clear insights.
    • Cultural awareness and understanding of diverse regulatory environments, with multilingual capabilities preferred (e.g., French, Spanish, Mandarin).
    • Demonstrated analytical mindset with experience interpreting people data and trends.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with an innovative mindset to develop and implement new HR initiatives.
    • Sound knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices.
    • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and manage time effectively.
