    Revenue Growth Manager_FTC

    Top Accountabilities

    Functional:

    • Partner with the Head of RGP for the category to develop an integrated commercial plan for Diageo GB that combines the needs of brands, channels, customer and Diageo’s short- and long-term market share and financial goals. This is the Go-to-Market plan that GB commercial teams implement – work in partnership with Category Strategy, Shopper Marketing, Innovation and Customer Marketing teams to do so.
    • Aid in the development and deployment of competitive, share winning and revenue growing pricing and promotional strategy that fulfil shopper metrics.
    • Build a bank of M&E, creating a deep understanding of the end-to-end value of customer investment and building benchmarks for ongoing optimisation.
    • Work with sales teams and commercial finance controllers to ensure adherence to the pricing policy, ensuring appropriate governance and controls are in place for all customer investment
    • Support the commercial teams to develop investment cases that deliver revenue and margin expansions and facilitate the approval process.
    • Support RGM sprints to define revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around pack, price, promotion, channel and embed into the commercial plans working closely with the Category Strategy & Development, Shopper, Consumer and Customer marketing teams
    • Support the performance management rhythm, working closely with BPM, finance and customer marketing to course correct the commercial plan in year

    Global Procurement Category Manager, Experiential Marketing

    About the role

    Diageo’s Procurement structure is a matrix model using both Global and In Market resources and this role is a part of the Global Category team. The Global Category Manager, Experiential is a critically strategic role within the Marketing Procurement community responsible for the overall global Experiential category spend of c.$500m and sits within the wider Customer Marketing Procurement team ($1.3b). 

    This role will lead the development of the Experiential strategy through effective business partnering and collaboration across Procurement, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and other partner communities to maximise cost, cash, and growth.

    The key responsibilities and deliverables of this role are to:

    • Contribute towards Diageo’s overall $625m cost savings Accelerate target delivering productivity savings and establishing a pipeline of value for future years.
    • Contribute towards Diageo’s overall $3b free cash flow target identifying and delivering cash opportunities and developing a robust cash delivery pipeline for future years.
    • Maximise growth and performance by reducing areas of inefficient and ineffective spend using investment insights, data, and strategy (shape of A&P; 55/35/10)
    • Collaborate effectively with all markets and global functions across Procurement, Commercial, Marketing, Effectiveness, Finance, and other stakeholder groups.
    • Create best in class, transformational strategies that are executable in markets and deliver against our performance ambitions.
    • Develop subject-matter expertise for Experiential and all relevant sub-categories, collecting and using external market / industry expertise and providing clear direction for the development and application of market data and insights into strategy development and sourcing.
    • Lead a global community of procurement professionals across Experiential, including leading regular meetings, supporting market workstreams and priorities, and sharing best practices.  This role is a leadership role in the global community
    • Adhere to and always promote the highest standards of compliance. This includes risk management processes, contract management and cost modelling / benchmarking.
    • Work dynamically across categories (including but not limited to Customer A&P categories, sponsorship and influencer, staffing/indirects, production, culture) and pro-actively look for opportunities to drive further business value and strategy.
    • Collaborate and/or support in the delivery of Diageo’s Society 2030 ambition
    • Lead or support sourcing activities. Ensure agency commercial terms, capabilities, and contracts are aligned with Diageo’s performance ambitions to maximise Diageo value and mitigate risk.
    • Coach and develop talent across the Marketing Procurement community (global and in market)
    • Ensure Diageo has leading agency ecosystems, models, and partnerships enabled by strong agency/category performance management, capabilities, JBPs, and strategy.
    • Work with Finance, Data & Analytics to enhance spend analytics and A&P investment insights in line with our investment optimisation strategy

    Experience, skills & capabilities required

    • Extensive experience in Procurement, Marketing, Commercial or other relevant industry role.
    • Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written and presentation.
    • Proven track record of consistent performance planning, execution, and impact
    • Strong analytical and financial awareness including a comprehensive understanding of the AOP requirements and financial goals & value drivers aligned to strategy and performance. Use of advanced data and analytics (cost modelling & projection) to drive best in class strategies and negotiation plans beneficial.
    • Confidence and experience in influencing senior stakeholders and building credible business cases
    • Ability to build and sustain great relationships with multiple collaborators across the globe and collaborate efficiently.
    • Demonstrated performance when both leading and working on projects with cross-functional teams, experience in implementing projects aligned to category and Procurement strategies.
    • Track record of generating insights to influence decision-making and inform transformational opportunities

    Electrical Engineer

    About the Role

    As an Electrical Production Engineer, you will be part of the Packaging Line Craft team, bringing your technical expertise to help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across high-speed packaging lines. You’ll support asset care, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and drive improvements in line performance, safety, quality, and delivery.

    Working closely with operators and team leaders, you’ll also coach colleagues in autonomous maintenance and troubleshooting. Your proactive approach to identifying and fixing problems will be key, and you’ll contribute to improvement projects, shift handovers, and Tier meetings. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll work in full compliance with safe systems of work, ensuring lockout/tagout and electrical standards are always met.

    We’re looking for an experienced and self-motivated Electrical Engineer who:

    • Thrives in a team setting and is confident in a fast-paced, high-performing production environment.
    • Is comfortable working with SAP and maintenance systems.
    • Has a structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
    • Holds a recognised apprenticeship or HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
    • Ideally has experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.
    • Understands asset care systems and quality/safety compliance.
    • Has a multiskilled background or is willing to develop further.

    Quality Assurance Technician

    About the Role

    The Quality Assurance Department is an integral part of the production operation at Diageo providing analytical support and technical expertise across Quality, Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

    A key objective is to ensure full compliance of packaged products with statutory requirements and technical and market specifications, while driving the company’s Continuous Improvement agenda and Strategic Quality Plan.

    As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be a key member of the shift-based operational team, working closely with Team Managers, production coordinators, operators, engineers and compliance teams to uphold the highest quality standards across packaging operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work alongside the operational shift team, following a continental shift pattern, including holiday cover
    • Complete analytical and microbiological sampling and checks in line with the Quality Sampling Plan across production lines and other designated locations
    • Analyse QA and production data and documentation to identify potential quality issues, follow up on deviations, and provide high-quality feedback to shift teams, management and improvement teams
    • Monitor, validate, set up and troubleshoot quality instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability
    • Act as the key point of contact for quality-related matters during shift operations
    • Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and housekeeping policies and procedures

    Front of House Manager, Justerini & Brooks

    Operations – stock management:

    • Place orders for retail and sampling
    • Receive orders, ensure proper stock management/organisation and perform stock takes when required
    • Place orders and manage levels of operational merchandise such as glassware, packaging, gifts etc.

    Operations – facilities:

    • Ensure maintenance upkeep and manage contractors on site (cleaning, construction, repairs …)
    • Ensure rules, safety standards and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
    • Uphold security policies and procedures
    • Ensure full compliance of H&S regulations as required by Diageo
    • Complete opening and closing procedures in an efficient and timely manner
    • Manage and monitor operational and CAPEX costs for the building with the support of your line manager and the finance team

    Operations – systems:

    • Be comfortable with basic IT set ups to assist stakeholders with calls and videoconferencing, control building lighting and sound, security systems; as well as manage relationships with relevant support functions
    • Learn how to use the scheduling and booking software, and ensure there are no scheduling conflicts
    • Learn how to use the payment system in order to process payments, returns and refunds where applicable; as well as troubleshooting any issues the bank, payment provider or support function

    Events and activations:

    • Supporting the marketing team with events and product launches and activations both on and off site (guest list management, operational tasks etc.)
    • Manage and supervise installation and de-rig of window displays and internal visual merchandising ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
    • Support the Managing Director in delivering company events

    Experience:

    • 5+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality in a client facing role
    • Previous VIP client experience is essential
    • Operational experience from a retail, hospitality, F&B or other client-facing environments
    • Wine and spirits knowledge is preferred
    • Foreign language skills are desirable
    • Knowledge of international luxury markets and customers is highly desirable
    • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
