About the role
- An exciting opportunity has come up in the Pub Operations team for an enthusiastic colleague. Reporting into the Pub Operations Team Lead and working in a team of 9, you will help the team provide first class administrative assistance to the Star Pubs estate.
- Pub Operations focus on our Change of Lessee process using our Lease Management System and help identify blockers to keep the process simple. You’ll deal with a lot of important data (such as the validation and reclaim of all Star Pubs’ liabilities with external suppliers & local authorities) and take ownership of the regional mailboxes, ensuring responses are turned around within SLA.
- Working in Pub Operations provides fantastic development opportunities, whether it’s a greater understanding of the pub business, exposure to new systems and processes, or working with a diverse range of stakeholders. It’s a fantastic role to kick start your career in Star Pubs. About the role
As one of HEINEKEN’s CDM's, you’ll be responsible for growing HEINEKEN’s presence across a variety of outlets - from community locals to trendsetting bars you’ll work closely with customers to boost brand visibility and commercial performance.

The Role
Following an internal promotion, we’re excited to bring an Assistant Brand Manager role to market. Reporting into a Senior Brand Manager, your role will be to support the brand marketing team in delivery of our most exciting and impactful plans to date. You’ll also fully own key projects and support strategic development for our brands from 2026 onwards.
Responsibilities of the role include, but aren’t limited to:
- Leading development and delivery of exciting activation projects across all routes to market

You bring energy to your work, ask great questions, and know how to move things forward, even when the path isn’t perfectly mapped out.
You’ll also bring:
- At least 6 years’ experience in brand marketing
- A strong track record in developing consumer-centric communications and working across media planning and buying
- The confidence and credibility to influence a broad range of stakeholders, including at a senior level
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to know when to shift from analysis to action
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across global, commercial and agency partners
