To directly assist the Senior Management team by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, always maintaining standards of excellence
To track and trace orders using a digital In-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level
Conducting 1-2-1's, return to works and development planning for members of staff

Previous experience as a people manager within a warehouse environment is essential
Strong communicator - both written and verbal
Computer literate with a practical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is essential
