    Front of House Manager - London Marriott Hotel County Hall

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead and inspire our guest-facing teams, including Doorman, Bellman, Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Desk. This role ensures seamless guest experiences by anticipating needs, coordinating across departments, and delivering service that is personal, memorable, and aligned with our hotel’s high standards.

    A hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to balance service excellence with operational results.

    Candidate Profile

    • High school diploma/GED with 4 years’ guest services/front desk experience

    OR

    • 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field with 2 years’ relevant experience

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day Front of House operations, ensuring standards, service quality, and guest satisfaction
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a multi-functional team while fostering trust, collaboration, and accountability
    • Handle guest complaints and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional, personalized service
    • Monitor staffing, financial goals, and operational efficiency to support overall hotel performance
    • Partner with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and stays
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and guest recognition programs
