Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Team Leader role  

• Overseeing the preparation and completion of all Night Audit tasks
• Managing Front Office operations during the overnight shift
• Supporting the check-in and check-out process for hotel guests
• Addressing and resolving guest concerns that arise during the night
• Acting as a Manager on Duty in the absence of the Night Manager  

About You 

You have previous experience in a front office or night reception role, ideally in a supervisory capacity.You bring strong communication and organisational skills, with a guest-focused approach to every interaction. While knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage, confidence in using standard computer applications is essential.
