    Quality Executive- Brighton and Kent

    Role Dimensions

    Here at Diageo we take the quality of our Beer very seriously, we are globally renowned for making quality liquids and ensuring each pint is poured with perfection every time. The role of a Quality Executive is to deliver our beer and draught product quality agenda across the given territory including targets for Quality upgrades and interventions. The primary responsibility is to install the optimum range of dispense solutions in every account ensuring Great Looking Great Tasting (GLGT) Beer in every call.  To deliver this you will be expected to work to a planned call structure and detailed installation/service standards and have the ability to lone work but maintain the highest executional, organisational and administration standards. This is a hybrid Technical beer dispense capability role coupled with influencing and sales capability that makes you the GUINNESS Ambassador in the territory.

    Top Accountabilities

    • Work to the Highest Standards - Install & Maintain dispense equipment at the point of purchase across a significant geographical account base delivering work tasks to the required specifications and standards  through a specific call structure.
    • Positively Influence the On Trade – Be an expert at selling the benefits of Great Quality to customers leaving a legacy of improvement post call to the consumers next pint

    Front of House Manager, Justerini & Brooks

    Purpose of the role:

    As the welcoming face of 61 St James, the Head of House is dedicated to ensuring clients, partners, and stakeholders enjoy exceptional and memorable experiences. This role also involves overseeing the building's upkeep, maintenance, and operations while supporting teams in their service delivery.

    Key Deliverables:

    Exceptional service

    • Warmly greet private clients and visitors, providing an introduction to our business, portfolio and building where relevant

    Operations – stock management:

    • Place orders for retail and sampling

    Operations – facilities:

    • Ensure maintenance upkeep and manage contractors on site (cleaning, construction, repairs …)

    • Learn how to use the scheduling and booking software, and ensure there are no scheduling conflicts
    • Learn how to use the payment system in order to process payments, returns and refunds where applicable; as well as troubleshooting any issues the bank, payment provider or support function

    Events and activations:

    • Supporting the marketing team with events and product launches and activations both on and off site (guest list management, operational tasks etc.)
    • Manage and supervise installation and de-rig of window displays and internal visual merchandising ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
    • Support the Managing Director in delivering company events

    Experience:

    • 5+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality in a client facing role
    • Previous VIP client experience is essential
    • Operational experience from a retail, hospitality, F&B or other client-facing environments
    • Wine and spirits knowledge is preferred
    • Foreign language skills are desirable
    • Knowledge of international luxury markets and customers is highly desirable

    Global Process Data Analyst

    About the role

    We are looking for Data Analysts who will be able to standardise, simplify and ultimately automate some of our core manufacturing processes within SAP as well as other accompanying systems, including data visualisations within PowerBI.

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Maintain process integrity and own the process taxonomy definitions
    • Define and develop actions to improve Process Health & Data Quality, and Drive continuous improvement and innovation culture in collaboration with

    Head of Reward UK & Ireland

    About the role:

    This pivotal role provides thought leadership to enable the effective delivery of the reward function goals within the wider HR and business strategy. Ultimately this position is responsible for providing long term competitive advantage to the business in terms of best talent attraction, motivation and employee retention through innovative compensation and benefit programs. 

    The role leads on the total reward agenda for UK and Ireland, along with being the Reward Business Partner for two of Diageo’s key markets (GB and Ireland) the geographical remit also covers many Global Functions (HR, Corporate Relations, Legal, Global Travel, and Sales and Marketing).  This remit includes approximately 5,000 employees who work across many aspects of Diageo’s business in the UK, Ireland and globally.

    • Develops a depth and breadth of expertise and provides advice internally on all key reward enablers – including market data acquisition and analysis, salary management, job evaluation, incentive plan design, policy development and total reward communications.

    Qualifications and Experience Required 

    • Minimum 8 years’ professional Human Resources experience – preferably with at least 4 years’ reward experience with a focus on compensation and benefit design and/or reward application (ideally within the countries it will be supporting).
    • Comprehensive understanding of core reward practices, e.g. benchmarking methodologies, salary range development, benefits management.  Familiarity with the UK & Ireland reward landscape is a must, e.g., gender pay gap reporting, legislative environment and benefits industry. 
    • Proven strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner. Uses experience to focus attention on key issues.  
    • Experience of contributing to change programmes in a dynamic business environment. Embraces change and takes ownership for driving reward initiatives. 
    • Strong stakeholder management experience.
