You’ll combine commercial sharpness with deep market insight to deliver joint business plans that create real value. With full P&L ownership, you’ll lead planning cycles, identify category opportunities, and execute flawlessly across pricing, promotions, and innovation. This is a role for someone with a digital-first mindset, passionate about sustainability and future-facing customer strategy. Accountabilities.
Own and lead customer strategy, delivering against revenue, profit, and growth targets
Build senior-level partnerships and influence across internal and external stakeholders
Deliver end-to-end commercial execution – from pricing and promotions to NPD and forecasting
Unlock new opportunities through deep consumer insight and a future-focused mindset
Champion digital and sustainability within your customer plans
Qualifications
Proven commercial success in retail, foodservice wholesale, or convenience channels.
Robust account management, joint business planning, and P&L management experience.
FMCG background and strategic planning expertise (desirable).
Skills
Strong commercial instincts with a passion for selling and category growth.
Deep understanding of FMCG trends and category management principles.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
