We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at Tower 42. This role is central to creating a positive first impression, providing a friendly, efficient and confidential service at all times. You will manage incoming calls and emails, organise meeting room bookings, issue security passes, arrange taxis, and ensure our reception and communal areas are always presentable. You will also be responsible for reporting and following up on any facilities issues, maintaining key records, and supporting the Director of Administration with a variety of administrative tasks.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a can-do attitude, proficient in Microsoft Office. In addition you will be approachable, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a client-facing role and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
